Elena Esposito is an economist with expertise in growth and development, economic history, and political economy. Currently, she serves as a Rita Levi Montalcini researcher at the Department of Economics (ESOMAS) at the University of Turin and holds a Junior Chair at the Collegio Carlo Alberto, Turin. Her research contributions have been published in esteemed economics journals such as the American Economic Review, the Review of Economics and Statistics, and the American Economic Journal: Applied Economics.
