Evangelos Charalambakis is a Senior Economist in the Economic Analysis and Research Department of the Bank of Greece. He holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from Manchester Business School. His policy work centres on financial stability and monetary policy. His research focuses on corporate finance, household finance, monetary policy and financial stability. His publications have appeared in journals such as Oxford Economic Papers, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Applied Financial Economics, International Journal of the Economics and Business.
