Dimitris Georgarakos is a Lead Economist at the DG-Research in the European Central Bank. He graduated with a PhD in Economics from the University of Essex. His research focuses on household finance, monetary policy and financial stability.
His publications have appeared in journals such as the American Economic Review, AEJ: Macroeconomics, Review of Economics and Statistics, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Monetary Economics and the Journal of the European Economic Association.
