Jonathon is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the London School of Economics, affiliated with the Center for Macroeconomics, the Centre for Economic Performance, the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA).
He works on empirical macroeconomics, with a focus on labor markets.
He received his PhD in economics from MIT in June 2020, and in 2020-2021 he was a a post-doc in the Department of Economics at Princeton University, jointly at the Julis-Rabinowitz Center for Public Policy and Finance and the Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies.
