Massimo Del Gatto is Associate Professor of Economics at “G. d’Annunzio” University, Pescara-Chieti (Italy) and Associated Researcher at CRENoS, having been Assistant Professor at the University of Cagliari, Research Fellow at the University of Bologna, Economist at “G. Tagliacarne” Institute (Rome). His work focuses on international trade, firms’ productivity and competitiveness, technology adoption, concentration and localisation of economic activity, firm level adjustment to globalisation. As well as writing articles and giving seminars, postgraduate classes and conference presentations, on these themes he has been the scientific coordinator of international workshops and regularly acts as a referee for academic journals and Consultant for international economic institutions.
