Olim Latipov

Olim Latipov is an Economist at Sidley Austin LLP, a leading law firm in international trade and arbitration. He has been involved in complex arbitration cases and trade disputes and worked with experts in the field of accounting, economic modeling and commodity trading in the process of writing expert witness reports. He provides analytical and advocacy assistance to companies, associations, and governments on international economic and trade policy issues, in commercial arbitrations. He also has extensive experience with the transition economies of the CIS. Prior to joining the firm, Olim worked as an Investment Analyst for a leading investor in distressed debt in Eastern Europe. His background includes exceptional mathematical abilities demonstrated by winning national and international competitions.
