Pablo Andrés Neumeyer

Pablo Andrés Neumeyer is a professor of economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is a member of Harvard’s Center for International Development COVID-19 Task Force and the head of LACEA's network on International Finance. He is a fellow of the Econometric Society, a Guggenheim Fellow and received the Premio Konex Platino. He was a visiting professor at Stanford University, University of Southern California, University of Chicago, New York University. He was Argentina's Central Bank's chief economist and an advisor to several governments and international financial institutions He served as chair of the Latin American Chapter of the Econometric Society and on the board of directors of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and the Global Development Network. He is a founder of the blog Foco Económico. His research is in the fields of macroeconomics, international finance and development.
