Pei-tseng Jenny Hsieh

Pei-tseng Jenny Hsieh is the Senior Education Analyst for Oxford Education Analytics, UK. Prior to joining OEA, she was a researcher at the Department of Education, Oxford University. Her research work in the last 15 years has largely been on the use of learning assessments to inform education policies and interventions. She has worked with a number of international development agencies to support countries and governments in designing national assessment strategies and implementing large-scaled assessments. She has a PhD in Comparative and International Education from Oxford University.
