Ron Davies is Professor of International Economics at University College Dublin. He is also Research Director for Skatteforsk – Centre for Tax Research. His work focuses on foreign direct investment and in particular the taxation of multinational corporations. His other research affiliations include the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation and the CES-Ifo. He is currently editor in chief of International Tax and Public Finance and is an associate editor for Review of International Economics among others. He received his PhD in Economics from Pennsylvania State University in 1999.
