Rudy Verlhac is a Junior Economist and Policy Analyst in the Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation at the OECD. He previously worked for three years as a consultant at the OECD on the DynEmp and MultiProd projects. He holds a Ph.D in Economics from Paris School of Economics and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. His research interests are primarily focused on productivity, employment and firm dynamics, and he has worked more specifically on issues related to job creation, financial crises, technology diffusion as well as business dynamism and start-ups.
