Sephi Pumpian is the Coordinator of the Verbal Reasoning Section at the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation (NITE) in Jerusalem. He is responsible for the ongoing supervision of item development (writing, reviewing), test construction and raters’ guidance. He also coordinates think tanks devoted to examining and improving existing tests and developing new ones. Currently he is teaching the course “Introduction to Psychometrics” at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Mr. Pumpian earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology and his master's degree in Hebrew Linguistics, both at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
