Xiaofei Pan

Dr Xiaofei Pan is an Assistant Professor of Economics and the faculty fellow at Center for Health and Behavioral Sciences at Bryant University. Dr Pan received her Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University and was the Dan Searle Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard University. She used experimental methods and behavioral theories to study questions in labor and public economics. Her recent interests have been on topics involve incentive and feedback design, gender earnings gap and discriminations in the labor market and intergenerational economic mobilities. Her research work has been published in journals such as Journal of Public Economics, European Economic Review, Journal of Economic Behavioral & Organization, Experimental Economics, and so on.
