Yosuke Kido

Yosuke Kido is an economist at the IMF’s Strategy, Policy, and Review Department. Prior to joining the IMF, he worked at the Bank of Japan, focusing on economic research and financial system research. His research interests include empirical macroeconomics and macrofinancial issues. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Yokohama National University, M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University, and B.S. in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a certified Financial Risk Manager by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
