Jointly organized by ESMT Berlin and the Center for Corporate Governance at HHL Leipzig and in cooperation with CEPR, the key areas of discussion of the symposium are:

  • Legal advisor experience and structuring recommendations
  • Rating agency and proxy advisory considerations
  • Stewardship obligations: practical ways for a tailored approach

The symposium gathers senior international experts representing academia and business to discuss interactively key issues of debt governance.
To allow a concentrated discussion of the topics, participation in the symposium is limited to 40 participants.
