Anil K Kashyap is the Stevens Distinguished Service Professor of Economics and Finance at University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. He studies banking, business cycles, corporate finance, and monetary policy. He spent three years as an Economist for the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve System and from 2016 to 2022 he was a member of the Financial Policy Committee of the Bank of England He is the cofounder of the US Monetary Policy Forum.
