Eduardo Levy Yeyati is Dean of the School of Government of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) -where he leads the Center por Evidence-Based Policy (CEPE)-, principal researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET), professor (on leave) at the School of Economics of Universidad de Buenos Aires, and founding partner at Elypsis. He is also a non-resident senior fellow at The Brookings Institution and an affiliate at Harvard's Center for International Development. Previously, he was honorary president of CIPPEC (Argentina), head of Latin American Research and Emerging Markets Strategy at Barclays Capital, senior financial adviser for Latin American and the Caribbean at the World Bank, and chief economist at the Central Bank of Argentina. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
