Jeffrey Roth

Jeffrey Roth is Research Professor of Pediatrics, College of Medicine University of Florida. He received a BA in European Literature from Brooklyn College (1962) an MA in Comparative Literature from Indiana University (1965) and a PhD in Social Foundations of Education from The University of Florida (1987). He has collaborated with physicians, biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and economists to study how perinatal conditions affect subsequent health and development. He Co-Directs the Family Data Center, an interdisciplinary group of faculty and staff at the University of Florida who engage in risk assessment, outcomes research, program evaluation, fiscal impact studies, cost-benefit analyses, and information management at the state and national level.
