Massimo Bordignon

Professor of Public Economics at Catholic University Of Milan

Massimo Bordignon attended post graduate studies in Economics in the UK (MA, Essex; PhD, Warwick). His research interests are mainly concentrated on Public and Political Economics. After having taught in several other universities, he is currently full professor of Public Economics at the Catholic University of Milan. A co-founder of www.lavoce.info, he acted as President of the Italian Society of Public Economists, Director of the Economic Department in the Catholic university, member of the Managing Board of the IIPF and of the Scientific Advisory Board of IFO-Munich. He worked as a consultant for the Italian Treasury, the IMF and several other institutions and think tanks. He is currently a member of the European Fiscal Board in Brussels.
