Sebastian Horn is an Economist at the World Bank. His main research interests are in international finance, sovereign debt and financial development. Before joining the World Bank, he was a post-doctoral researcher at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy and obtained a PhD from LMU Munich, with research stays at the Harvard Kennedy School and the IMF.
