Thilo Kroeger is a staff economist at the German Council of Economic Ex-perts and external postdoc at the University of Copenhagen. He holds a PhD in Economics from Kiel University. His research focuses on structural change and the labor market as well as firm perspectives in international trade and development economics. He is also affiliated to the Kiel Centre for Globalization.
