Thomas McGregor is in the final year of his PhD in Economics at the University of Oxford. His research focuses on how countries can best manage their natural resource wealth with a focus on macroeconomics and optimal monetary policy in these settings. He is a member of Oxford Centre for the Analysis of Resource Rich Economies (OxCARRE) and the Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE).
