Toke Aidt

Toke S. Aidt is a Reader in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Jesus College, Cambridge. His is an editor of the European Journal of Political Economy (2014-2017) and he served as President of the European Public Choice Society (2013-15). His research has appeared in refereed journals, among them Econometrica, the Economic Journal, the Journal of Public Economics, the European Economic Review and the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy. Most of his current research focuses on the causes and (economic) consequences of political institutions.
