The World Economic Outlook Update, released on June 24, presents updated forecasts for economic growth in the world economy for the years 2020-21. It discusses recent economic developments, presents the forecast and two alternative scenarios, and discusses the main risks around the forecast as well as policy recommendations at the country level and from a multilateral perspective. The Update also includes an Annex discussing fiscal developments.
