Carolin Nerlich is Senior Lead Economist in the European Central Bank's Climate Change Centre. Before that she worked at the Fiscal Policies Division in DG Economics. Her research interests include climate economics, fiscal policy and demographics. She holds a PhD in economics from the University of Cologne and a master degree from the University of Kiel.
