David Hofman

David Hofman is Division Chief of the Monetary and Macroprudential Policies Division of the Monetary and Capital Markets Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Previously, he worked in the IMF’s European Department and the Strategy, Policy and Review Department. Prior to joining the IMF in 2002, David was an economist in the Monetary and Economic Policy Department of the central bank of the Netherlands. He holds a doctorandus degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam.
