Edoardo Di Porto is an applied economist, Associate Professor at the University of Naples Federico II, Department of Economics and Statistics, CSEF Fellow and affiliated member at UCFS, Uppsala University (Sweden).
Currently on leave, he is working in the research department of the Italian Social Security Institute (INPS). Among his duties he manages the VisitINPS scholars project. His research focuses on Public Economics, Urban Economics and Applied Econometrics. Recently he worked on: Local Public Finance, Tax compliance, Tax incidence, Optimal Auditing Strategies and Economics of Migration
