Raffaella Sadun is Charles E. Wilson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Professor Sadun's research focuses on managerial and organizational drivers of productivity and growth in both the private and public sector. She is among the founders of the World Management Survey and the Executive Time Use Study. She is the director of the Organizational Economics Working Group at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and an affiliate of the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics and the Center for Economic Policy Research She received the honor of Grande Ufficiale dell'Ordine "Al Merito della Repubblica Italiana" in 2021.
